In this webinar, Anne Livingstone (Chair of the National Home Care Group) and Gavin Tomlins (Chair of the CIO’s Forum) from the Aged Care Industry IT Council (ACIITC) recently commissioned a research project to develop a Technology Roadmap for the Aged Care Sector. This project brought together leading researchers and a project management team from the ACIITC. The Technology Roadmap project outlines the need for an innovative, technology-enabled sector for next 5 - 10 years. The project is deemed critical to ensuring a sustainable future industry and to appropriately guide investment decisions in the long term. This research project is an important guide for Community Care providers seeking to embed appropriate technology in all aspects of their operation.
