Getting Communities and Providers ready for NDIS

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is preparing to be rolled out across Brisbane. To prepare for this new scheme, NDIS is holding information sessions to answer all your questions and registration information. The session will be held for families, carers and people with disabilities in the community at Sandbag Community Centre – 153 Rainbow Street, Sandgate on Thursday 19th October 10am to 12:30 pm and Chermside Library - 375 Hamilton Road, Chermside Friday 20th October 1:00pm - 3:30pm.

The session will be broken into two parts, the first part focusing on general information with focus on What NDIS is, how to access the scheme, a short tea-break. The second half having information regarding provider registration.
