Sue Lord is a Speech Pathologist with a passion for working to assist individuals to achieve their goals using the best Assistive Technology available to them, both personally, and through working to develop the field of Assistive Technology and its profile within society. She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Assistive Technology, and has worked in a range of Assistive Technology roles as both a direct therapist, in Assistive Technology development and managing a large Assistive Technology assessment and provision services. She has special interests in Communication and Computer Access Technology as well as Environmental Controls, and is excited to see the emergence and development of the specialist application of innovative mainstream technology such as tablets and Virtual Reality in the Assistive Technology space.
