Advance Queensland Community Digital Champions

The Hon Leeanne Enoch, Minister for Innovation, Science and the Digital Economy and Minister for Small Business, has appointed 29 new Queensland Digital Champions for Round 2 in 2017.

 

Congratulations to Chair of the Community Care Smart Assistive Technology Collaborative, Anne Livingstone and Collaborators Julie Anne Lambourne, Ann Moffatt and Doug Panic for being re-appointed to this role for the second year. Julie-Ann presented at our QUT Conference in May of this year.

 

The Community Care Smart Assistive Technology Collaborative regularly meets up with Digital Champions who have an interest in Health and Social Care. The next get together is scheduled for October. Don’t forget CCSATC Staff are also traveling Queensland with the Advance Queensland Digital Skills Roadshow. The next Roadshow session will be held in Mt Isa on August 28.  Advance Queensland has just opened applications for Round 3 of the Digital Champions program. They are looking for outstanding individuals who are passionate digital advocates wanting to give back to their community by helping others become digitally-savvy.
